Our team have come to the communications business from a wide range of different professional and political backgrounds.

 

Alex Doyle MCIPR
managing director
Founded the company in 1989. He was a senior manager in the electricity industry and is highly experienced in dealing with sensitive projects.
Richard Bowen MCIPR
A journalist and PR consultant who specialises in politics, the public sector, energy and environment
Gil Collins
A chartered engineer and a former public affairs manager who spent many years in the oil and gas industry.
Oliver Colvile
The parliamentary candidate for Plymouth, Devon, and a highly experienced community campaigner.
Daniel James MCIPR
An expert in stakeholder communications with specific knowledge of retail and urban planning
Philipa Kershaw

Responsible for support services including finances, personnel, administration and IT.
Roger Newstead
Has wide experience of issues management, government policy and planning. He is a local councillor.
Roger Puddephatt
Specialised in the sales of military and civilian electronic systems. He is involved in marketing and sales.
Carole Riley MCIPR
Closely involved in community relations programmes and political affairs. Her background is in events organisation.
John Roberts
Former PR manager for Gwynedd County Council with a background in the advertising industry.
Ian Rutherford
A mechanical engineer and leisure industry specialist, has been a director of Pendragon since 1991.
Sir Malcolm Thornton
Served as the MP for Crosby, Liverpool, until 1997 and has served on all the major parliamentary committees.
Sir David Trippier
Served as the MP for Rossendale from 1979-1992, and held a number of ministerial posts.
